The following policies are now being administered by Lockton Affinity:

    • Group Business Overhead Expense
    • Group Disability
    • Life
  • Individual Life
  • Long-term Care

Our goal is to provide our members resources for products that protect them in their profession and practice while providing the most value. TDIC Insurance Solutions will continue to offer all of the types of insurance as before. Working with Lockton Affinity allows TDIC Insurance Solutions to provide the highest level of service with our core products and rely on the expertise of Lockton Affinity to service the other lines of insurance.
TDIC Insurance Solutions is not being sold or dissolved. The insurance agency is a financially sound subsidiary of CDA that will continue to be an integral part of the businesses that provide member benefits. Evaluating the product mix and services offered to members is a regular function of that business model. The CDA mission will always include aligning products, services and resources with the needs and demands of members and policyholders.
These changes will not affect any other insurance lines. The organization continuously reviews the product portfolio to ensure that we are offering the best and most competitive products to protect you professionally and in your practice.
The change was effective as of May 1, 2015.
Lockton is one of the nation’s largest privately held insurance brokerages. Lockton Affinity offers the same products with expanded options that TDIC Insurance Solutions has offered.
All policyholders were notified by mail of the change in mid-April. In addition, Lockton Affinity sent a notification to welcome you to their brokerage during the third week of April. We have dedicated staff to help you with any concerns you may have about this transition and will work to ensure that you are not negatively impacted by this change. TDIC Insurance Solutions no longer directly offers life, long-term care or hospital indemnity. You may purchase these coverages through the Lockton TDIC Insurance Solutions Program. The organization continuously reviews the insurance product portfolio to ensure that we offer the best and most competitive insurance to protect you in your profession. TDIC Insurance Solutions chose to work with Lockton Affinity because of their strength and expertise in these lines of insurance.

All claims should be reported to the carrier where your policy is written. Policyholders may also call (844) 501-7260 to report claims to Lockton Affinity.
